Privacy notice

This site collects personal data in exactly one place: the enquiry form you fill in. There are no cookies, no analytics, and nothing is loaded from an external server — not even the fonts. This page describes what happens to the details you give.

What is collected, why, and for how long

DataWhyKept for
Name, company nameSo we know who and which company we are replying to.24 months
Email address, phone numberSo we can answer. At least one is required, otherwise there is nowhere to reply.24 months
Your answers to the four questionsSo the reply addresses your situation rather than being a generic price list.24 months
Free-text noteWhatever you choose to write. It contains only what you put in it.24 months
IP address and time of submissionTwo reasons: so it can be shown when and from where consent was given, and so the form can be protected against bots.12 months
Referring pageSo we can see which approach or which page the enquiry came from.12 months
The advert pasted into the rubric generatorSo I can see what roles rubrics are being built for, and investigate a bad output afterwards. See the separate section below.12 months

Who the controller is

The data controller is Balazs Janocsi, a sole trader registered in Hungary, providing this service under the name AI Recruiting. AI Recruiting is a trading name, not a separate company — responsibility rests with a natural person.

Registered address: CSERELD — teljes székhelycím
Tax number: CSERELD — adószám
Registration number: CSERELD — nyilvántartási szám
Email: info@airecruiting.hu
Phone: +36 30 838 4142

No data protection officer has been appointed. One is not required here: this is not a public authority, and there is no large-scale monitoring or large-scale processing of special categories of data.

The legal basis

Your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the box. You can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing is as easy as giving it was: one email is enough.

Steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) — if you ask for a quote or a pilot, the processing happens at your request.

Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) for storing the IP address and timestamp: without them there would be no record that consent was given, and the form could not be protected against automated submissions.

Who has access

One person: me. There are no employees, no sales team, and no CRM system the data flows into. The data is never sold, rented, or passed to anyone for marketing.

There is one processor: the hosting provider, Rackhost Zrt. (Magyarország) (CSERELD — a Rackhost Zrt. székhelye a szerződésedből). Their server runs this site and the info@airecruiting.hu mailbox. Under their contract they may not use the data for their own purposes.

The data stays in Hungary, therefore inside the European Economic Area. It is not transferred to any third country.

Cookies, analytics, third parties

This site sets no cookies at all. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no advertising tracker and no embedded chat widget.

The fonts are served from this site, not from Google. That matters, because loading fonts from an external provider would hand your IP address to a third party. It does not happen here. While you read this page your browser contacts no external service at all. (Using the rubric generator is the exception — there is a separate section on it below.)

The hosting provider keeps the usual server log (IP address, time, page requested, browser type). Every website has this, and it is needed to operate the service and to fend off attacks.

The rubric generator

The site has a tool you can paste a job advert into, which builds a scoring rubric from it. Three things happen when you do, and all three are worth knowing.

The advert text is stored, with the time and the IP address. A job advert is usually not personal data — but if you leave a name or a direct contact in it, it becomes personal data. If you pasted something like that and want it removed, one email is enough. Kept for 12 months.

The advert text is sent to Google Gemini, which is what builds the table. This is why I ask you not to paste a CV: the tool does not need one.

The email address given for the CSV download goes to the same place as an enquiry from the form, with the same 24-month retention and the same rights.

Your rights

You may ask at any time what data is held about you, have it corrected if it is wrong, have it erased, have its use restricted, receive it in a machine-readable form, and object to the processing. You may withdraw consent whenever you wish.

One email to info@airecruiting.hu is enough. No form, no justification, no particular wording. The law allows 30 days to answer; in practice it is a day or two.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

If you want to complain

Write to me first — most matters are settled with one email. If that does not resolve it, you may complain to the supervisory authority:

Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH)
Falk Miksa utca 9–11, 1055 Budapest, Hungary
ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu · naih.hu

If you live in another EEA country, you may also complain to your own local supervisory authority. You may also go to court.

Automated decision-making

None about you as a visitor. The form picks a recommendation text from your answers — that is a display decision, not an assessment of you, and it has no legal effect.

The CV screening software offered here is a separate question. It processes personal data only if we sign a contract — and in that case the client is the controller and I am the processor. A separate data processing agreement covers that, signed before any work begins.
