The screening standard is not code — it is an editable spreadsheet: criteria, weights, blocking rules and a threshold. This page builds that spreadsheet from your advert, in a few seconds.
What you download is not a sample. It is exactly the file that runs the screening — the same one I would hand over on an engagement.
Paste the whole advert, including the requirements and the nice-to-haves. The more specific it is, the better the rubric. Do not paste a CV — none is needed here, so no personal data moves.
The rubric
Role
The overall score a candidate must reach to appear on the shortlist.
Every criterion is scored 0–5. If a blocking criterion falls below this, the candidate is out — regardless of how well they scored elsewhere.
Change any weight. Nothing asks you to confirm, and nothing calls a model again: weighting is plain arithmetic. This is exactly what happens when a client changes their mind mid-search.
